Blackened Lamb Chops with Mint Sauce

Ingredients

1/2 cup balsamic vinegar

1/3 cup catsup

1/3 cup worcestershire sauce

1 cup water

1 teaspoon dijon mustard

1 teaspoon minced garlic

1 teaspoon salt

pepper

24 lamb chops lean 1" thick

MINT SAUCE:

Directions

3/4 c chili sauce
1 c currant jelly
1/2 c butter
3 tbsps Crosse & Blackwell Mint Sauce

Marinate lamb chops 1-2 hours. Grill for 3 minutes on each side.

SAUCE: Combine ingredients and heat. Serve warm. Sauce keeps indefinitely in the refrigerator.
